What is user experience and where does it occur?
A user's experience is a composite of their interactions. Every interaction or touch-point can add to or detract from their experience. These could include places and spaces, products and service, conversations and gossip, offer and package, purpose and mission, habits and rituals.
What are the foundations of user experience?
There are four pillars that support user experience. Their strength (or weakness) determines the timbre of the experience. We consider each to ensure balance and provide consistency for all touch-points in our strategy and mapping.
